Introduced with a game update on 12apr2012, Medals are rewarded for accomplishing certain tasks while playing Galaxy Legion. Earning a medal will give you a certain amount of Medal Points, and some medals will give additional rewards. Medals can be viewed by using the View Medals button on the Ship tab.

Spoiler Alert - one of the medals listed below is supposed to be an "Easter Egg" (i.e. secret) and will not show on the in-game list until after you have received it
however many others will also be absent from the list until you have met the minimum requirements to attempt them.
