Recruits a group of government officials to one of your other planets at random. Costs 1000 Energy. Ability has a 40 hour cooldown. Recruiting a total of 10 officials will earn you the Prismatic Twilight medal.
These officials occupy no space on the planet. It is possible to have multiple officials (even the same type of official) on the same planet. The maximum amount of officials you can have on one planet is 8. Officials can still end up on the planet after 8 are already there, but it will say NONE next to the last one and hovering over the "?" Icon will say "Illegal Structure. Planet already has maximum amount." Demolishing one you don't want will cause the one that says "None" to now give a bonus since it is the last allowable official on the planet. Demolished officials can not be recovered.
