The Cerulean Conclave have seized the Roathir system. Several of their ships still roam beyond the edges of the area.

Randomly spawns while the Roathir Blockade or the Initiate Roathir Attack Wave legion mission tasks are active.

Note: During the Roathir Blockade legion mission task, pilots must use a Cerulean Warning on the NPC without attacking. They CANNOT attack the enemy, even after using the artifact, or they will automatically fail the task.
