During the Recover Base Technology legion mission task, this NPC will NOT spawn, and thus must be alerted by those doing the Assault Cerulean Bases legion mission task in the legion for anyone wishing to finish the optional objective.
During the Retrieve Target Scattering Data legion mission task, pilots must use a Roathir Retrival Node on the NPC. The NPC's are uncommon instead of rare in this phase, can NOT be attacked as the button is grayed out, and expire after 5 minutes.
