The Litheor are an emerging race of beings with unknown intentions. They emerged from hibernation deep under the surface of scores of occupied worlds, causing much damage to planetary infrastructure in the process. They apparently settled these worlds long before we colonised the surface.
Litheor vessels may be commonly found wandering the galaxy, upon the unlocking of the mission Silent Extraction.
