Each helmsmen is worth 3 defense, so 100 helmsmen is worth 300 defense.

1000 Defense + 100 x Android Helmsmen = 1300 Defense

1000 Defense + Velox Thruster = 1312 Defense

If your Defense is under 1300, better off using them Android Helmsmen now.

However,

(x+900) = (x+750)*1.1576 so x {Defense} = 750 is optimal if installing all 3.
