Artifact Limits: 5 uses per standard defense module (4 dampeners, 4 thrusters)
- NOTE: If you have used the Voliir Bio-Stabilizers as most do and gotten a second defense mod up to 50% upgrade, you will only be able to get that mod to 90%. This artifact has NO EFFECT on mods that are at 90%. The best use of this artifact is on mods that have even-numbered % upgrades 20%,40%,60%, etc. to get them to 100% upgrades.
Defensive Modules come in two kinds: Thrusters, and Dampeners. It's important to make the distinction, because 4 thrusters and 4 dampeners can be installed at once on a ship.
