Event Summary

During the 2018 Q-Pedd Event (31jan to 15feb), the following temporary effects applied to the entire Galaxy: 

* Daily rewards for both minerals and research provide double the usual amount.
* Cybernetic (Vygoid, Zolazin) and robotic-proficient (Drannik) races receive a 10% boost to their racial bonus
* 'Q-Pedd Largesse' and 'Q-Pedd Informant' artifacts will now appear in standard artifact shipments.

* Due to Hyperluminal radiation, Time Manipulators cost 35 energy to use.
