*Notes on Disabling:
- If the NPC launches a parasite at you, you must NOT attack it as doing so will repair the NPC. If the Parasite Launcher has been disabled, you may STILL NOT ATTACK the hull while having a parasite on your ship as this will repair BOTH the hull and the Parasite Launcher.
- A parasite acquired from the NPC has no transfer timer. A parasite acquired from another player starts a 10 min transfer timer, but since each parasite lasts for 30 minutes, they can be passed around up to 2 times before the parasite expires.
- If you are not sure if you still have a parasite on your ship, this can be found by checking the actions tab on your OWN ship which will say "Bio-Con Parasite" under actions sub-section and a grayed out "Parasitic Migration" under the options sub-section if you do. If you want to know how much time is left on your own parasite, you would need to ask someone else to look at your ship and tell you.
