Usage
Adds 1 day to a planet's colony development, which would otherwise take 1 day (real-time) to occur.

Notes
- Costs 2 Energy to use.
- Scraps for 2,750 - 11,000 Credits.
- This artifact functions by increasing the colony age of a planet. While it states it increases by 1 day, it is actually approximately 25 hours.
- As the maximum development is "Peaked", using this artifact on planets with such development will not advance it further. However, the colony age of the planet will still increase.
