The Mission Market is available via the Missions Tab if you have joined at least 1 task at some point.

Relic Badges are gained by completing Legion Missions or some of the tasks required to complete those legion missions.

Clandestine Revisions	Planet, Effect	3	2,000 to 8,000 CR	Amplifies a planet's existing cloak, permanently boosting its cloak by 250. Usable on planets that already have between 1000 - 5000 passive cloak. Requires 700 Medal Points. Costs 500 energy to use. [Passive Cloak: 250] Note: This can be used on a planet with 5000 cloak, bringing it to 5250.
Vortov, Hired Mercenary	Ally, Mercenary	48	6 to 12 CTP	Upgrades when a Mercenary Payment is Used. Requires Rank 200 or Greater. Requires 700 Medal Points [Attack: 80, Invasion Attack: 150, Hull: 200, Limit: 1] upkeep 2.5 billion credits.
Mercenary Payment	Upgrade, Ally	2	1,250 to 5,000 CR	Grants 1 additional Rank to your Vortov, Hired Mercenary Ally, up to a maximum rank of 100. Requires 800 Medal Points
Hall of Law	Planet,Structure	3	??	Planet Structure - Size:3, Artifact:1, Research:2, Influence:1 Constructs a Hall of Law on your planet. Planet must have influence available to build. Limit 5 per planet
Cognizant Omniforge Grid Upgrade	Upgrade,Structure	14	9,000 to 36,000 CR	Upgrades an existing Cognizant Omniforge structure on your planet. Increasing Research/Mining/Artifact production by 1 and its production bonus to 7%. Requires 1111 Medal Points. Costs energy to use.
Cognizant Omni-Bank	Planet,Structure	14	2 to 4 CTP	Can only be built on planets with a Cognizant Omniforge already built.Requires 1500 Medal Points. Costs energy to use. [Size: 1, Artifact: 2, Mining: 3, Mining Points Storage: 2222, Artifact Points Storage: 2222, Limit: 2]
Cognizant Omni-Plant	Planet,Structure	14	2 to 4 CTP	Can only be built on planets with a Cognizant Omni-Bank.Requires 1700 Medal Points. Costs energy to use. Size: 1, Artifact: 3, Research: 4, with Activated Ability (3 Charges): Cognizant Charge ( Recharges energy to full )

From Darmos Drone Ascendant - Ring of Ascendance Ability: Constructs a Ring of Ascendance. Size1 Mining +3, Research +2, Artifact +1 Population +3,000 Defense +30%, Attack +30% Production +3%. Each use of the Ability costs 5 Relic Badges.
