Your ship class designation is shown after Size Class on the Ship stats panel. Ship class is determined by how many Decks your ship has.

To gain the David doesn't stand a chance medal: Expand your ship's size class to 'Goliath' or larger (not including bonus from Sillixx)

To gain the It's Huge! medal: Expand your ship's size class to 'Colossal Galaxy Destroyer' (not including bonus from Sillixx)
