Currently the unmitigated leader in spending $$ for GP in Galaxy Legion, PSICore has performed the most research, has the highest rank, the most firepower, and is generally considered to be the most powerful person in the game as of 11/12/2010, and for the past 6 or so months. The closest person to him in terms of either firepower or ship strength is Kaos, still over 40 levels behind him. As PSICore's level is over 570 and his research far in excess of anyone else's, his equipped materials are generally considered to be a gauge for the highest level of research available.
