Hello,

The alert bouncing had been removed that was good first step but that didn't address the mass-attack on single players once alert got shared..

My suggestion is to tweak it where it could follow same rule as NPC alert that determines the rank range..

For example, when I encountered rank 200 extremely rare NPC and alert it, only rank 150 to 400 players can see my alert and participate.. I thought that it was good approach so why not apply it to PC alert system?

For example, under current system.. A rank 20 attacks other rank 20 player with 300 legion size only to get mass-attacked by so many players including rank 200+ that could be very demoralizing to that player and prompt him/her to stop playing GL..

Once alert system gets tweaked using same scenario, A rank 20 attack other rank 20 player with 300 legion size and got mass-attacked but only from those players with rank range of 1 to 40 max who saw the alert and participate. With that limited rank range, that rank 20 player thought it was cool and could hurt some of those players who helped and wouldn't feel need to leave the game simply cuz it's much more fair and give them some fighting chance..

Of course, if a rank 20 player somehow attacks rank 200 player such as from kill leaderboard or attack his planet then rank 200 has the right to relaliate.

The suggestion should help to equalize the playing field for everyone involved.

I agree to this idea. As for the actual range of players able to attack, I think it should include the level ranges of both the attacker and the defender. for example: Ship A attacks Ship B. (estimate lv ranges 15 lower and 10 higher)

Both ships are rank 50, so the share range should be 35 to 60.
Ship A is 50 and ship B is 30, so the share range should be 15 to 60.
Ship A is 30 and ship B is 50, so the share range should be 15 to 60.

This allows same-level attacks to restrict the shareable level, so the best opponents to attack are your equal.
