 independent raid/hack timers

I think raiding and hacking would be more attractive if the timer were based on how many times one could be hacked and raided as opposed to how many times one could hack and raid. Hacking and raiding have rather disappointing returns most of the time, especially given the timer restraint. This way, there would be no limit, yet nobody could be victimized either.

For instance: Player 'A' hacks player 'B' and can no longer hack player 'B' for 25 minutes, but can immediately hack player 'C?'

I like that.

Yeah, you threw me off with the letters, but exactly. Considering most people know exactly the benefits of either hacking or raiding and also the overwhelming drawbacks, it seems quite alright that it should be as rampant as possible. NOBODY raids, and hacking has an overall negative return unless you have a peculiar strategy of being a twink or re-investing in energy... anyways, it wouldn't involve any victimization. This might even give organizations less to #$&*@ about... or more, which is essentially the same benefit when it comes to actual grievances.

If you mean having raid timer not linked to hack I love the idea, it would speed up gameplay. I want to be able to hack and them raid the same ship right away.
