looking good so far. Don't invest so much on scanning or cloaking. I have no cloaking on me other than mission artifacts and I do fine with hacking. For scanning, wait until you are in need of decent planets, then uninstall a bunch of modules to make room for sensors and do a massive scan. Also, you'll want to increase your credits, try getting more mining planets. Stick with planets no smaller than average (even if its an exotic) and no less than very abundant resources. Also try getting large barren, ice, and desert planets because later in the game there are missions for those. (barren > oceanic, ice > oceanic, desert > crystal) Be sure to follow the wiki on what missions you should and shouldn't do. It may seem like alot but it will help you in the long run, trust me.

looks like you are doing pretty good to me, but god knows i dont see how you fit any of that tech with that amount of decks... i have the same number at 54 and cant fit hardly anything

thanx but i have plenty of money due to selling a few untakeable planets early on. in total 5 billion. i just need to email my 2 buyers and they will send me some money. or i withdraw it from base. i just ate my 1st 500mil so 4.5b left. (i expirimented a lot) install 2 def, 2 hull, and 3 reactors ( for the weekly mission which is how i got so many scientists) i am a speed lvl'er but i use pvp to provide exp.
only thing i lack now and will hurt later on is arti points (25 per hour )

The scientist / shipbots/ helmsmen / tac oficers / rescued prisoners all are really really nice perma upgrades

You are doing excellent in my opinion...your ship is well rounded with a great defence at that and you're researching bigger guns...I like

O.O a dysonian giving me praise... better go make sure i am still sane hahaha ^_^ but tyvm i have Q dev's complete now and i'm onto the next tier. once i finish hvy singularities i will get my zpm's and MAYBE go on another tier. but b4 that i'm doing 1 tier of def, and 1-2 tiers of hull. after energy its more scan bc i'll need it for decent planets (can't keep buying them forever i only have 4 billion left from my planet sale funds) when i reach rank 90 i will post again. i'm a speed ranker without gp :/ but i have the energy to do the weekly missions and get all the good stuff. no npc's sadly but as long as RoO continues to humor me and let me stay i will have no need for more AP/H plus when ppl my rank see my ship they RARELY attack and occasionaly hack (then i get all 3 badges from them) i have enough badges for 1 dom mkIII and soon i will have my second. hopefully we get to exchange our old dom's for badges.

I'm a slow ranker, and with the exception of a couple weekly missions, have used pvp as my only exp gains... strangely though, even with our different playing styles, our ships are very well matched.

I currently have 198 Red Badges and am working towards enough for all four Dom III's by the time I reach rank 100 (I already have all Dom I's).

I probably only know as much about this game as you do, but I'd still have to say "Damn nice ship!".

By the way, my artifact production is 875/hr (which is why my research is half your hourly rate)... but given that you are fast ranking I see why you did that. I would definitely recommend getting some good arti planets soon though, those drops can give some GREAT things!
