while its probably foolish i have to report that if u request 20+ treatys and no embassies are built the other legions can accept and u will have 20 treaties WITHOUT needing embassies. but once u reah 10 u can no longer request new ones. i'm sure this is a minor glitch and i ask if u want us to break the treaties that go over the 10 limit ( we have no embassies atm) ?

well actually i was trying to purposely see if they could go past jk i sent out about 30 treaty requests all at once even promoted ppl to do it since i had low en. and the 1st to accept i thot would get in what i didn't kno was they could keep acepting (annoying)
