a planet was taken from me a while back, at the time it was quite convenient. i loose a large VR artifact to have the ability to colonise an exotic. happy face. now it has been two weeks since it was taken and is current holder is as smug to remove all defense and attack... as if it were intended as a smack to the face... Should i take it back?, let him have it cos i have better unoccupied planets? or alert it and give it to a low ranking member of my legion, who in return mocks him by destroying the structures he worked hard to build and replace them with surface scanners?

Personally? If that planet was large+ then it's not a bad planet. Wait until you have taken all of your better planets then take it.

If it's Average- he did you a favor.

Are you slow ranking (or were you)? He may think you're inactive and figured the planet was safe. I doubt someone would try to insult someone that way as all they'd be doing is asking to lose a planet. You also may not see his real defense... it could be trapped out the wazoo.

let a low lvl take it, send them traps to defend it, but don't guard it yourself.
Then, when he tries to take it back, make sure the person who took it alerts them.
Guard that planet now, and attack him until he drops off the feed.

It will:
a) make you feel better
b) cost him combat rep, stats, and production points (from hack/raids and the loss of the planet)
c) help one of your legion members.

Hmm... i would just alert it and see if anyone wants it.

you could contact the player somehow and agree to farm green badges with it

unfortunately the opportunity to communicate with him was missed

maybe he'll see it here in the forum ? put a pic of it or a description, and he might see it and approach ya, or just send a message to his legion in the comm

yea, there would be other ways to contact him.... i have tried to arrange green badge farming b4... it may be hard because i have the upper hand, he probs wouldnt go for it

OMG this guy upgraded the planet for me and reduced the deffence..... tut tut tut, this is why the forums are awesome.... you can predict when to buff attack and deffence.... that planet is MINE!!! MUEH HEHEHEHEEHEH!!!!

you know I had a nice arti planet taken from me by a guy higher rank than I...... i tried taking it back but he stock piled defenses.... so I've been waiting and ranking,.... now I'm about 30 ranks above him and just about ready to take it back....... the payback will be O...so sweet,

also since that point I have colonized/invaded all the richest planets in my scans and it's the next down the list, after that I'll be gearing up for more scanning.

its creepy, he was half my rank when he took it now he is like 40 ranks abouve me sounds like a power ranker

it'll be his downfall... i leveled from 50-250 pretty quickly... which means less arti pulls than a slow leveller, which means less rescued prisoners and shipbots...

now at 385 i'm trying to put all my energy toward our base to slow down my levelling,... need to pull another 1200 decks worth of shipbots and rescued prisoners
