I have 2 Cores and 4 Relays on btw, also Im 2/3 on Gravshell Construction. I have a plan already (Construction,Energy(2),Shields(1),Cloaking(1),Hull(1),Defense(1),Scanning(1)) Parentheses are how many tiers of that branch im doing. Depending on peoples responses i may change this plan

Get the 10 buildings. That should be your priority. Then go for scan and energy.

Getting Plus 8's first +10s are time consuming so no to that, Im doing energy next and scan is X Manifold Detectors which will come at the end of my plan.

I went from 6's to 10's and didn't build the 8's. The 10's fit better on most planets, and that way you will save lots of money and get a great production boost.

I did this + 10 , but i upgraded all my planets to lvl 8s though, then lvl 10s

I also need the money first so lets hold off on those lol. Im getting money now still up to 4.5 Bil now

you deffinitly need more enrgy, hull and weapons

did i mention i was a Sillixx FIXER. Hull is gonna be later in it, Weapons dont need upgraded much. IM ABOUT TO DO ENERGY! gah people listen.

I think you are doing just right for your level. My only advice is if you are not very PvP oriented definitely focus more on production. I think players ignore production more at those levels because they want to shore up their attack and defenses especially if there are friends that can help them up with credits and artifacts. A lot of players suddenly find some real difficulties around mid-levels and they wonder why.
