 Sub quantum logistics

Post Sub quantum logistics
Is it necessary to have a level 5 base to equip these modules? I don't want to do the research yet if I'm not gonna be able to install them.
I tried to find info on base module requirements but don't see it anywhere... If it doesnt already exist someone should put up a list.

AI Logistics is level 4
Sub quantum logistics is needed for level 5 base

You need AI Logistics to upgrade from level 4 to level 5, but you can install Sub-Quantum stuff at level 4.
