Coadym are a growing legion. Level 4 base. 4 CT lab discoveries. A broad spread of players and player styles. We're just in the Top 50..barely above Foundations of Analysis which is one player!

The game advantages aren't as good as with the other legions. We're only getting 7000 RP/day at the moment.

You'd be the highest ranked player in our legion. If you contribute well you could become an officer. I get more out of the game helping my legion than just pummelling NPCs and doing missions. I started as a member and eventually got promoted to leader by Coady who founded the legion. Same with the other original leader Amishe.

Think about Subspace Alpha. Sister Legion to Galactic paladins, although we ain't heavily involved with them atm, we got a lvl 4 base and could use a new face in the legion.

well it looks like Omega beat me to advertising for or legion, but is very correct, we are a great legion that always helps out. Planet shares, artifact shares, you name it we share it.

Kalos and Omega beat me too it as well xD. So pretty much everything Omega said and more!

Hi i initially went with The Unknown, i did however not like a certain policy so i left. Very soon after joining i Leveled up considerably since this post giving me room ( Decks ) to make my ship much stronger.

I am now with The Dysonians.

Hi Mate, Did not mean to come across as if your policies are all bad of cast anything really negative about your legion, i found a few people who i met, in my short stay to be very friendly.

Perhaps it was my fault as i had come to a new legion and needed some adjusting of my own attitudes.

But the policy i refer to i consider unfair and a bit unsporting. Now although I understand and appreciate your sacrifices as a few top people in your legion who contribute probably 80% towards the base and the balance of fairness seems to sway towards being unfair to you to share resources, with an open mind it is not a fair practice of giving dividends based on contribution for the following reasons.

You are a far greater rank than some players, you earn allot more than most and therefore some part of your contribution is not equally scaled

Players who contribute Exotic matter is not equal to energy in the real world

Some players generally dont have the cash to donate

Some people don't have the research at the level where they can actually donate this is not their fault, your actions penalize them they dont produce 10k research an hour that they can level the base at your speed

Warning is important you cant come on a com and say we leveling the base tonight and expect everyone to be able to either be online or commit at that short time-frame

For me personally, it was a case of i joined a new legion and the first thing i was introduced to was greed and spite, as a new member i had zero contribution, this will apply to your ability to recruit anybody because nobody new will have any contribution points

It is human nature that dictates that the leaders of a dynamic group will exert more energy that the average member of that group, this is their sacrifice to be leaders. While i'm not saying that it is right for some people to put in 90% of the work while the rest simply freeload, It is rather your duty to rid the legion of freeloaders.

Your decision to place alternative weeks between contribution and share, for the payouts, is the policy i refer to. I urge you to reconsider this policy taking the constructive criticism above. stand back from the situation and ask yourself is it really fair to your members when you take 16% of 1.3million Research (208 000 which is more than the average players make in 2 days)

As a leader you need to see your contribution as your commitment.

you are not the only one providing, each active player is still contributing to that figure, without them your 16% is worth much less they are each providing YOU with 40% for the day, eve players who have offered nothing.40% x 50 odd players

essentially you are taking from them. like i said other than that it seems like a great group of guys
