 This guy's ugly lol .. -30% attack debuff too. You must kill 90. Dunno what the TitanProxy does yet. And the mission is animated

Yeah just appeared on tab. Also it confirms that mission npc (I think) are not subject to rank limits -- so for ppl that kept the non-matched mission npc active for xp seems like that would work (ie, data analyzer). I just cant stand not finishing a mission tho.

It is I'm pretty sure. Also it gives 50 XP kill bonus. Takes me 28 shots with 14k attack, due to damage cap. Other ppl will find it more challenging.

titanproxy: 40 space , +100 scan, +4% scan.. damn it just devalued cloak even more, new max scan 8500 -> 9900. With no passive drops... just sux without some change in cloak.

This still only adds a 12% bonus, the two cloaking modules together add 16%.

Planet float will still be good as well, just there will be a small amount of people that have a higher chance of finding your cloaked planets.
