I am trying to use positron clouds and quantum flares on a level 127 zolazin and I am a level 165 zolazin. I click the action button, get the loading bar,.... and then nothing. No statement saying why it wont work. I went to my battle tab and used tried using one on a random person and it worked. What am I missing?

Actually no artifacts activate on him. He is on my log for hacking me.

It sounds like there's something wrong with your connection. Could be wrong, but that'd be my guess.

Several of my legion mates could not use their artifacts on him either.

Well, there's no rank rule, so it must be a bug I guess, you might need to contact Dan directly, as far as I know nothing makes you immune to artifacts.

did your artifact counter goes down?
did you try use your artifact to another guy?
the guy isn't already disabled?
the guy isn't truced?

yes. no. no. Several hours later when we tried using artifacts they worked. So Im going to say that it was a bug. Pretty convenient bug though and still makes me suspicious.
