That's all? also, what are the restrictions on alerts when you are new to a legion?

You have to be in a legion for 24 hours before you can alert.

And you can't alert planets until your rank 10 or 20 i think

you also cant invade till rank 20 and you have an aegis shield that gives a planet 5000 defense for a week.
