Hi, what NPC's drop terraformers? I really want them to get my exotic planet and to amp up my mega colossal aquatic planet.
I am rank 73 and do not have access to galaxy points.
Also: For anyone who helps, if you come join the galactic coalition temporarily just so I can send you stuff, but stay if you wish) I will send you 1 Aidonium or 12 kurenite, which ever I feel like at the time. First person ONLY.

T.O. Troop Carrier is the only one NPC drop terraforming device, and is really really rare.
Average 1 each 2000 NPC kill.

Any ideas on quasi-spacial containers?

The TO Troop Carriers can be found at all ranks I think. They drop both Terraforming device's and quasi-spacial containers. But you get maybe one quasi-spacial containers out of every 20, or so, Terraforming device's you get.

I'm 136, and received my first one on Monday.
So, yes, very rare.
Don't sweat the The Terra Project Mission, do it later.

Dark Scrap Carriers (Rank 60 rare) also drop them.

Thanks for the help guys! I'll just keep an eye out for those 2 ships. I've definitely seen a dark scrap transport. I wonder if that's where I got my only one from. Like, 20 ranks ago. lol

and past 3month without see one.

Never saw one.
I rarely get a boss as well, mostly Replicators.

I got 4 of these in 1 week. last week..
