Just found out they come from Bane Frights and I have Psyshaded every single one of them this year.

The highest dropping Emitters are from 2021, so this is the 2nd year we haven't had a new cannon unfortunately.
Looks like the Paincharged ones are more frequent this year. I did roughly the same amount of npc hunting last Bane and could only get 2 of them. But there are 11 in my cargo now.
