Can someone help me. I played this game a long time ago but now every time I try and get on I get an error. It just says this page isn't available. I tried on a different account and was able to get on so seems to be a problem with my Facebook.

I was reading through some posts and it's possible I was banned? Not sure why... haven't touched the account in years and just wanted to play.

How long ago did you play? I know there was a point certain accounts that had not signed in to the game for a period of time years ago had gotten deleted and their planets all of a sudden became unoccupied. It hasn't happened since then but I am wondering if that is what might have happened here although you'd think in that case it would just start you over. I thought if you were banned there is a message of some sort that specifies that? What was your IGN?

I just checked my OG account when I first started playing on 2010.
That account has been closed since 2011, and that is the screen I see.
