2019 Summer Seasonal Event 2: The Chuhn

 General Information
 A group of intergalactic merchants called the Chuhn have entered the galaxy to explore and trade. Their visit is temporary, and ships are encouraged to take advantage of new trading opportunities while they are passing through. The Chuhn visited once, long ago, and seem to know a few details about the galaxy's ancient history... During the Chuhn visit, the following temporary effects apply to the entire Galaxy:

 Chuhn Stem Bolts Artifact - Stabilizes the hull of your ship with a collection of Stem Bolts. Increasing your hull integrity by 10% for 24 hours. Scrap Value: 6000 - 24000 Credits ---------------------------------  Eye of Taurus Device - Size:26, Scan:90, Energy:100 While Installed, Inergon, Kronyn, and Genetarr receive double the energy bonus. Limit 2 per ship. Scrap Value: 5-10 CTP Upkeep: ---------------------------------  Fornax Jewel Artifact - Size 1 Mining:2, Mining +5%, if the planet has moons or rings when built, all bonuses double. Not Extractable ---------------------------------  Furlinium-H Spanner Weapon - Size:28, Attack:170, Cloak:180 A weapon with an extragalactic power source. While installed, Zolazin, Vygoid and Litheor receive double the cloak bonus. Limit 2 per ship. Scrap Value: 5-9 CTP ---------------------------------  Prejor V5 Grav-Hutch Defense - Size:26, Defense:180, Shield:210 While Installed, Aerlen, Xecti, and Guard receive double the defense bonus. Limit 2 per ship. Scrap Value: 4-9 CTP Upkeep: M/day ---------------------------------  Triangulum Sparkmatter Planet - Size:1 Research/Artifact: ?? Sparkmatter objects are mysterious and unpredictable. Not Extractable Anywhere from 0-2 Research + 0-2 Artifact but not 0/0. ---------------------------------  Crate of Goridian Ale 12% attack bonus for 1 hr and 4 hrs of a lowered attack by 2% ---------------------------------  Exo-Galactic Contraption An odd device of unknown purpose from another Galaxy. It is unclear what it does or how it works, but it could be dismantled for useful parts. Scrap value: 65-130 CTP ---------------------------------  Spice of Illustris A valuable material, highly sought after in a neighboring Galaxy for its mind-altering properties. When used, it boosts scrap value of itself and all your same-valued Spices by 10% up to 100%. Scrap value: 50-100 CTP ---------------------------------  Orion Menagerie [Planet Structure - Size:1, Artifact:2, Population:5000 (unlisted)] Can only be placed on a planet attacked in the last 48 hours. Activated Ability: Release Creatures: (Produces CTP based on how long the planet is calm) Gain 3 CTP foe each day that the planet has been calm. Requires 500 Energy, Charges: 3 Limit 1/Planet Scrap value: 5-9 CTP |

This looks like it's from last year, which I wanted to see anyway. There is a new drop from the Chuhn Merchant, Bizian Star Atlas: "Your successful planetary scans have a higher chance of finding larger and more resource plentiful worlds. Lasts 1 hour" (thank you to Halleday for that description) The Bizian Star Atlas is used in two of the new Seasonal medals: "An Amazingly Bazaar Selection" Collect and use the following traded items from the Chuhn during the 2019 season Reward Chuhn Stem Bolts, Eye of Gemini, Fornax Jewel, Furlinium-I Spanner, Prejor V6 Grav-Hutch, Triangulum Sparkmatter, Crate of Goridian Ale, Orion Menagerie, Bizian Star Atlas Reward is the title "The Aristocrat" It is also used in "Bizian Revelations" Scan 50 planets while you have a Bizian Star Atlas activated - no reward listed The third new medal is "Chuhn Connections" Use a Chuhn Translink Connector on a base OR a Chuhn Salvage Arm V4 Upgrade on your ship. I Just did a test on the Orion Menagerie to see if there was any kind of cap so far. I used the ability on a planet I attacked a year ago and just got 1149 ctp for it. So if you place them, if there is a cap, it is beyond 1 year. I Will continue to wait for the other charge on it.
