 Sha'din Shockfighter stop appearing at a certain level?

I haven't seen a Sha'din Shockfighter in days, maybe even a week. I spent all day Saturday NPC fighting and not a single one. Do they stop appearing at a certain level?

they are a brick wall, another brick wall is the RSL siege cannon and dark warpers, hate them, they just clogg my battle tabs

i like shockfighters. drop an amazing artifact. siege cannons are a dud but theyre only a 6 hit kill for me now. warpers have disappeared... im in that lucky stage after warpers but before flamehawks.

They do seem a bit more rare as of late. Got one in 12k energy a few days ago as opposed to one-two in 3k usually. The again I didn't get pretty much anything in that 12k energy run so I suppose it was just unlucky.

I'll stack them up in my battle tab trying to avoid using containment cages. I have 30 of the artifact saved up and I use them frivolously. This is pretty much how I feel about rogue experimenters though. I used to have 30+ RSL implants saved up and now I find it hard to stop NPC hunting because they don't pop up any more and using them makes me auto-level NPC hunting and it is some kind of vicious cycle that is destined to give me carpal tunnels syndrome. I'm going on strike to do the purger mission past the point where every unsettled planet would be 'new' because there isn't really any point in stopping. I can purge in the middle of a scan blitz for all it really matters. Everyone is selective about their samples and everyone has some kind of bad luck streaks. That or there is something totally weird about being a higher rank in this game.

That's the only thing that changed since I used to get plenty of "good" NPC's. Rank. I got the exact same feeling about it.

I still haven't seen one or the one that gives the RSL memory implants since sometime last week.
