As some of you may know Dan's released a special limited time item (The Octafari Holo-Disguise) to those Lucky enough to pull it int heir Daily reward, allowing them to become Octafari for 24 hours!

The racial bonus is +100% verses asteroids which will be really handy with the current mission chain.

But it also has a special ability that allows you to turn all your enemies into Asteroids on the battle tab every 15 minutes!! (Not elite or Bosses though of course!)

it's 1000%. He says he is one-hitting them and getting a 5.0 xp/energy return with buffs. I hope I get my daily reward soon.

He says there are "mega-asteroids" too but he is too inept to take a screenshot. I guess the mission will be around for 2 weeks but the effect only lasts a day so waiting for the daily reward isn't a waste. He says mega asteroids give 58 xp with a neural interface and still die in one shot.

It was a long and difficult battle, but I finally beat one of these things. Maybe if I had gotten that Octafari bonus it would have been easier ...

That's shopped immensely. 65k+ attack 83k+ defense for you , 3670 defense in the upper side and 69760 defense in the lower side for the asteroid and 662800 hit points. Oh and rank I744. I. OK. I totally believe you. I don't mind the try of a ruse but I don't see any point to it.

I can't say I like it. I don't know how will I make 80 asteroids spawn with Flamehawks spamming my battle tab around the clock. I actually don't like it at all to put it mildly.

How do you use this ability, i dont see how to.

I got 16 asteroids so far actually, at high rank the odds are 1 in 4 that it will spawn this from the common pool. You need 80, but if the reward is really 5% buff x2, it's worth it. Dude I totally forgot to edit the top right doh ! These aren't that hard actually, 5-7 hits.

is the whole octafari 1000% vs asteroid and auto asteroid converter really true? otherwise im saving the artifact.

I'm not sure. I just used it, and none of those effects are with me right now. Maybe it's a glitch?

I believe all those things posted here are tricks.

That's my plan as well. One true thing about them is that the artifacts are shareable. I've got two disguises now, both of which will be used far in the future, long after they're forgotten.

Because, uh... the 1000% bonus increases every day, so a year from now they'll give 365,000% bonus to asteroids, sending the xp gain from them into the seventh dimension and breaking the game.
