So when did lazuli harrowers start dropping sha-din algorithyms?

They've always dropped Orbital Mass-Disrupters as far as I can remember.

Yup and they continue to drop that as their only drop.

Sha'din Penetrator's drop Sha'din Algorithm's.

or maby it's just my eyes playing tricks on me
killed 5 to 10 of each just now and all drops was as posted, but who actualy bothers to check what npc's like those 2 drop

how would u get sha'din artis from lazuli ships? doesnt really make any sense unless it was a bug

It couldn't even be a bug, as they're different pieces of coding. If anything a bug or error in the coding would make it drop nothing rather than a completely unrelated artifact from a different NPC.

Look i aint makin it up why would i ? And i dont have the means to upload a screenshot. Im aware of the normal drop u didnt have to do that im no noob. Apparently this only happened to me so forget it

it not hard

ctrl + print screen to make a SS

inset it into paint or another programe that lets you edit and save pictures

then use imageshack or another site like http://billedeupload.dk/ to upload and host the image

and them (img) link to the picture (/img) - (replace ( with the [ for the actual comand ) in your post to add it to the forum


I'm not saying you made it up detregets
but think I killed 30+ lazuli harrowers/Sha'din Penetrator yesterday, where I actualy checked up on the drop to see if I could replicade your bug, and not one of those droped the wrong artifact as far as I could tell.

If you have the internet and a device that can access the internet, then you have the means to upload a screenshot.

I've disabled at least 1000 of these Lazuli Harrowers and gotten the same exact thing each time. You "thought" you got something different one time but maybe you're remembering another NPC that looks like it.

Yeah, like Kirk said, screenshot or it didn't happen.
Doesn't seem likely or even possible, so (as always) burden of proof lies squarely on the person making the claim.

Anyway a screenshot wouldnt matter . when i hover over the question mark the proper reward was shown. But when i clicked use artifact i had an extra sha'din algorithym in my inventory. It doesnt happen all the time and im positive i hadnt disabled any sha'din ships capable of dropping it. I dont really care as i have an abundance of both drops. Just thought it was a curiousity

if we use that argument, one of the say Crimson Flamehawk I killed this morning must have droped a Planet Data Optimizer




havent found any Rogue LabPod this morning, so one of the other ships I killed must have droped this

WRONG, it mutch more likely that I killed a labpod yesterday after I stacked my artifacts



if you want to check theire drops, you need to eliminate all other NPC drops form your data
so

1. get 5+ of them on scanner (without killing them)
2. stack your artifacts
3. kill them
4. look at the drops you got.

would have loved to do 5+, but a few Sha'din Hypergrid got in the way
but even if I look at the actual drops I got from them, I can still not replicade your bug.

I'm not saying that it cant happen, if the RNG fracks up - but in a controled test like this one they drop presisly what they are suposed to drop
and with 5K+ Sha'din Algorithm in my cargo, I wouldnt notice if 1% of the lazuli harrowers gave the wrong drop, becorse I never bother to check up on drops I have that many off

I always keep my arts stacked. Its not something that i just went off half cocked on. And its not a big deal to me i just was wondering if it was only me or if anybody else has noticed anything like this.
