thats actualy pretty cool. Its sad though in my opinion that these homeworlds, which is what they seem to be becoming now, are completely time locked rather than maybe an improvement artifact avalible with the medals.

159 days for me, very excited for rings
oh la la,, and more buffs for random planets,, mmm..though from sound they could be NEGATIVE perm effects, which would totally blow on a nice planet or rift

So 20% bonus to Prisimatic (great) and randomly gives you a 0 space 1 production (random) to a (random) planet.... ehhh would rather that NOT be random (or atleast let us choose the planet) Not as great as other rewards but still OK.
Does it cost anything TO recruit (EM, Energy, ect?)

Does it cost anything TO recruit (EM, Energy, ect?) I don't know. I posted what she told me. It doesn't appear there is a cost (all of the other hover overs say energy cost, nothing in that one). Don't forget you are also getting at least one planetary size upgrade. Also, other than the 1k energy to use the artifact the first time, there appears to be no other cost (CTP/EM/Energy) to get max benefit from it. Is it amazing, no. Am I glad that I don't have another CTP sink, yes. 20% of that planet at the moment for me is only a 735 AP/hour boost. Compared to some of the other annual medal items, it isn't great but it isn't what I would call bad.
