planet structures that produce min art res

ok so you have planet structure on your planet currently produces say minerals want say want change to say artifact normal way you destroy and rebuild it artifact struct of same size.
how about adding another option instead destroy another option that says convert for half the price mineral half the price in credits.
depending on what you can build say only build mineral artifact you could have option for artifact to covert to.

why bother, it only 600,000,000 credits 10 AI to change a Star Lifter to a Hyperforge Fabricator might seme a lot at low rank, but to put things in perspective my upkeep is 50.1B and every time I invade a planet it cost close to 200 bil cr
so the cost to change a planet structure is basickly nothing compaired to those 2 numbers the simpel solution to your problem is Plane things better or increase your income

gota agree here the value of researched buildings is SO low and people have SO much CR already that such a thing would be pointless, if you need CR sell some EM/CTP on the GTC. I am pretty sure given the choice most players would be happy having all their planets never see a +12 building. we have so many 1:1 or better in the game now that they are literaly space holders waiting for us to come up with better stuff to fill em.
