How about a limit to the amount of quantum firewall traps that can be set off per day, find it quite annoying having set them off 5 times today.
Maybe make it so that if you set many off then it shortens the time to about an hour or something.

how bout instead of disabling the hacker its blocks the user from being hacked for the 2 hrs as a real fire wall would work to begin with ,its always seemed stupid to me if I try and hack and hit a fire wall im done hacking for 2 hrs
it should be a 15 minute timer for the hacker and 2 hrs immunity for the hackee

yeah that seems fair,would be longer then 15 minutes because thats the normal time between hacks...
