The Abilities popup needs a revamp

* The abilities with a limited number of charges should be separate from the ones with no limit so that an ability with a limited number is not accidentally used (or perhaps remove all limits from the module abilities with them?)
* Replace the ability descriptions with the question mark image that you see next to, for example, your installed modules - the hover box will contain the descriptions instead. This is to remove any unnecessary space caused by the descriptions and therefore make the scroll bar SHORTER - it'll be easier to find abilities that way without going through a long list of abilities, if you have a long list

I'd take it further by making sure modules and grouped together and in the same position every time you open.

Filter would be fantastic.

I'd kill for a separate tab with the ally abilities.

And possibly even a tab for abilities as they charge so as they charge, the list is shorter. Less scrolling.

I love ship/module/ally abilities, but the interface could be way smoother.

Big +1 to anything that keeps them ordered and reduces scroll time!

Don't forget stacking like abilities!
