That's awful of him, why would anyone ever do that? That base used to be the center of the galaxy and it's a huge shame he had to take the legion down with him as he left.

Was there any pre-warning to this happening? Hopefully Dan can assist you guys and put the mods back on.

Ok, just to feed the gossip mill.... LOL. I was a member of Dysos until about 3 months ago or so. Being a bit of a wanderer, I left to bounce about the galaxy a bit and it appears I did so just in time. I have some knowledge about things that began the downfall of Dysos (this time, anyway). Anyway, who knows what is and is not acceptable on the forum these days when discussing other legions; so for now I'll be keeping the issues in Dysos to myself. Suffice it to say there were clear issues in the legion prior to this.

Just one final tidbit, though. "Fearless Frog"? Not hardly.... whines constantly about being disabled and threatens to contact Dan to report "harassment" if he is disabled even once a day for several days by the same player. (One of the reasons I left was that I got tired of reading his endless whining and threats to contact Dan in legion chat).

Ouch. That is really upsetting and frustrating. I really don't think Dan should allow paid modules to be sold at all. At best, they can be uninstalled.

I know pirates of the cove tried making a sub legion called Scallywags of the Cove. They have a nice 7. The project was abandoned after lack of new players. I'm not too sure about the details of their base, but I remember its pretty decent. I think if worse comes to worse, you guys could use that base.

Just to clarify, the long-time leader of Dysos, Swiftus, was kicked by High Lotin whom he had promoted to co-leader. I had already left by the time Swiftus was kicked. It was not Swiftus who did this, but High Lotin.

Honestly, Dysons have one of the toughest Lvl 8 base out there with more hull than some 9s. If Dan gives them the GP stuff back you should go and join them instead in sitting in a Lvl 6-7 base wich gets disabled every other day and whine about it.
If Dan refuses to give the stuff back well RIP Battlestaion Dysonia sad to see you fall.

This. Battlestation Dysonia, in it's prime was very, very tough. As is, with it gutted though, idk. Unfortunately I'm in the camp that Dan should not return the items. Choices were made, promotions given, ill considered as they may have been I think those choices should stand. This is in no way limited to the Dysonians, either. I think all legions need to stand by the choices they make when decisions are made. So leadership made poor choices. If we remedy them, are we going to remedy all the other poor choices every player/legion has made in the game? Choices need to have consequences.

it's a game. a legion lost over 1k gp cuz of someone who wanted to quit and take down everyone else with them. a lot of money was lost. this isn't like every other situation where someone messed up their own ship or a legion lost members cuz of some production switch
