This was a really hard one. Please read through all the way since I'm proposing a lot of things with this one. And if you haven't already, check out my other feeds!

Legion Mission Part Two Missions

Siladon Event If you succeed… Refugees of Siladon

Jaedar: Thanks to your efforts, mass causalities were avoided. Sadly, the planet closest to the star was destroyed and a couple more were wiped clean.
You: How many were lost?

Jaedar: It was a mining world, mostly metallic. The facilities were automated with only a handful of technicians. The other two planets were not civilized worlds either.
You: Did they have any families? Is there anything we can do?

Jaedar: Nothing we aren’t doing already.
Helmsman: Sir, incoming transmission.
You: Put it on screen.

Elian: What have you done??
You: Who are you? Where did you come from?

Elian: I am from the star. The locals call it Siladon, but it was home to my people. They…they are gone…
Jaedar: As are many of my people.
You: No one is left? Only you?

Elian: Some of us survived. I am sorry about the loss of life around the planet.
Jaedar: What if we help you find another star?
You: Yes, what would it take for us help you onto this path?

Elian: You’re help would be appreciated. We have some colony ships you can use. They’ll enter the stars and test the conditions. We’ll need protection while we rebuild.
Jaedar: We can also scan to see if there are habitable planets nearby.
You: We’ll begin a search immediately.

Elian: I see no issue. We once lived in the same system, I don’t see why we can’t again.
Jaedar: Agreed.
You: Begin preparations for your journey. We will not fail.

Task 1: Finding a Star
Scan for stars within the galaxy. See if they are suitable homes for the Elian refugees. (There would be a new tab called solar systems with a button that reads “Scan for New Star.” Costs 500 energy to use.) Scout out 10 stars as potential homes for the Elian refugees.

Task Reward: Solar Trade Route
Activated Ability (similar to the gateway link) Solar Trade – allows you to work with the Elios in the star of a system in which one of your planets resides. Increases production based on the star’s size. It costs 1,000 energy and 10,000 exotic matter to use. Duration: 24 hours.

Dwarf Star: 5%
Single Star: 10%
Giant Star: 15%
Two star System: 20%
Black Hole: 25%

Task 2: Finding a planet (Pre-req)
Scan for planets to create human colonies. The planet needs to be orbiting the star. (For every Task 1 completion, there can be a task 2 participant. A “Join Task 2” button would be next to a completed Task 1).

***Note: When in the panel for Star XXX (Some number/name/what-have-you) on the actions tab, there would be a “Scan for planets within the star system. Costs 250 energy to use)

Task Reward: Stellar Scan
Artifact used on a planet to scan for star associated to a planet. If there is no star, planet is marked as a wondering planet. If there is a star, you get that stars coordinates.

Task 3: Building a system (Optional)
Our researchers believe it might be possible to move a planet’s location using intense levels of gravity.

30 hits of 1,000 energy, 10,000 exotic matter, and 20 grav whip traps.

Task Reward: Gravity Manipulator
Allows you to move a planet into a particular solar system. Costs 10,000 energy to use.

***Note: Due to gravitation instability, all structures on the planet are destroyed.

If the mission is successful, all participants are awarded Elian Life Support System.
Elian Life Support System – Size: 30; Defense: 300; Shields: 250; Energy: 250 (Upgrades to 200% at 40% intervals). When maxed, an activated ability is unlocked: Truce Pact. This unlocks Elios as a race. Costs 1,000 energy. Charges: 1

Elios – Allows you to orbit close to a star preventing you from being attacked by anyone without the Elian Life Support System. Also allows the planet event, “Elios Migration” to occur.

***Note: When orbiting close to a star, you can’t guard a planet. Also or can’t attack anyone. There is also a 5% chance that a solar flare will push you out of orbit.

Professions: Physicist, Merchant, Guard, Explorer, Governor, and Star Forger.

Star Forger: 2 Activated abilities Each costs 1,000 energy and 25,000 exotic matter to use.
Creator: Decreases a planet’s richness to make a star bigger.
Destroyer: Decreases a star’s size by one to add richness to a planet.

Dwarf Star: Can’t be decreased; costs 3 richness to make bigger
Single Star: gives 3 richness to make smaller; costs 6 richness to make bigger
Giant Star: gives 6 richness to make smaller; costs 9 richness to make bigger
Two star System: gives 9 richness to make smaller; costs 15 richness to make bigger
Black Hole: gives 15 richness to make smaller; Can’t be increased

To review:
New concept – Solar Systems

Yes, I know it has been suggested before. Please refrain from re-linking past forum topics to this one about it. My idea is different and has other concepts involved.

Solar systems are centered by one of five objects: a dwarf star, a single star, a giant star, a two star system, or a black hole. This object can be increased or decreased using the star forger’s ability provided by the Elios race.

Dwarf Star: Size 1; 5 planets can orbit
Single Star: Size 2; 10 planets can orbit
Giant Star: Size 3; 15 planets can orbit
Two star System: Size 4; 20 planets can orbit
Black Hole: Size 5; 25 planets can orbit

When a star's size decreases, the planets in the outer orbits will fall into open space, when a star's size increases, other planets are liable to get caught in orbit. Planets can be towed away from or into a star system using the Gravity Manipulator.

***Note: Only unoccupied planets or player-owned planets can be moved.

GP Items
Stellar Expander – Increases the size of a star by 1 – costs tbd
Reality Mega-Transfuser – Unlocks one of four events within the solar system.
1---Asteroid Belt – Increases richness by 10%
2---Comet – Increases the chances of planet events by 200%
3---Solar Flares – Gives 20% attack and defense bonuses
4---Nebula – Gives 20% cloak bonus

New Race – Elios

Allows you to orbit close to a star preventing you from being attacked by anyone without the Elian Life Support System. Also allows the planet event, “Elios Migration” to occur.

***Note: When orbiting close to a star, you can’t guard a planet. Also or can’t attack anyone. There is also a 5% chance that a solar flare will push you out of orbit.

New Profession – Star Forger

Creator: Decreases a planet’s richness to make a star bigger.
Destroyer: Decreases a star’s size by one to add richness to a planet.

Giant Star: gives 6 richness to make smaller; costs 9 richness to make bigger
Two star System: gives 9 richness to make smaller; costs 15 richness to make bigger
Black Hole: gives 15 richness to make smaller; Can’t be increased

I believe you mean "star's" in the underlined areas. It's near the bottom, Id say 75% of the way down

while I like the ideas the sheer size of it means I dont think this idea can flagged as a legion mission followup. I would create a seperate thread for the idea of the solar systems. I dont think that the idea of solar systems can be spawned from a legion mission followup rather a legion mission followup focused on solar systems must be formed from the existance in game of solar systems.

Two birds and one stone :P Follow up LM and Solar Systems. Obviously with the new wave of LMs I'm proposing, this would have to become viable. I could make a separate thread but it doesn't have a storyline. Not as fun without a storyline.
