So i have on the battle section a
T.O. Patrol Cruiser XXX
( The Terran Outsiders )
Rank 130 Elite Guard
Uncommon
The legion notify says
You can only get help with Elite or harder enemies
So should i be able to get legion help on this as it says its an elite ?

It's a Standard uncommum not a Elite uncommum.
So you must finish it alone.
