As you level the scrap rate goes down (offset by how many Rogue Tech Collectors you are able to find per level). No, im all for caches..just saying the lower elites by and large didnt have great drops or rates for good drops, and the dam caps were lower. This idea would only seem balanced and interesting to me if it was a "happy hour" on every Friday or Saturday. Anything more than an hour would seem a bit unbalanced.

You could talk me into a weekly happy hour. And yes, i agree...it might result in a ctp boom...but i didn't suggest increased spawn rates...just a bigger pool to draw from.
