Halycron cannon Ship module pvp attack -25% Gains +5% pvp attack every time you set off a halycron trap to a maximum of +25% pvp attack

......aaaaaand go! Wait.... do you mean it goes from -25% to -20%, -15% and so on until it is a net +25%? otherwise .75*1.25=93.75%, which is.... weaker... That said, I feel it's something that encourages brainless spam as opposed to more skillful pvp, meaning action check and probing. For that reason I'd -1.

Pvp attack -25% to start. U attacks players and set off a halc. It goes to -20% . U keep attacking and set off someone else's trap. Now its -15% If u keep setting off traps it goes to +25%

Permanent effect, or activated ability? As in do I have to set off the traps each time I activate it, or is it a one time thing...

This will make the halc hiders think they are helping PvP rather than the major irritation thy actually are

lets say its an ability that lasts for 4 hours that can be activated every 20 hours or so

There is a big issue with over-reliance on Halcyon traps, but I don't think this is the solution.
