DOH , simple math isn't taught in schools these days I suppose .
you know that big box yer sitting in front of its a huge calculator
click on start run type calc and hit the enter key .
subtract the smaller number from the bigger one and thats how many experience points you need .
or
just mouse over your rank which takes all the fun out of it

and yes the acerbic Vladd IS back Im in pain lots of pain and stupidity just drives me crazy

Then again, some of us don't have that silly Windows "Start" button - and are well aware that the machine is far more complex than a simple four-function calculator, which is what makes it quite capable of adding the tool tip in with the many other things it's doing at the same time. Nor do I have a silly rainbow colored apple on my computer.
In point of fact, before I found out about the rank display tool tip, I was doing the actual subtraction *IN MY HEAD*!!!! Wow, aren't *I* a brilliant rocket scientist?
However, I do feel that the rank display is not the most obvious or discoverable place for the tool tip showing experience points remaining before level up.
So, go watch some Twilight Yaoi porn, and live to suffer in freakish agony, Vladd.
