tactical remodulation

 I think it would be handy to have the button and timer for the tactical remodulation ability displayed directly on the battle tab. It could be placed next to the buttons for shared elites, battle market, and enemy base

It would look cool n be easier but there are bigger fixes like making it so can use multiples of a arty at once
