As I said in the Limit's section, these hacks and raids do no contribut to the successful hacks and raids, therefore do no contribute to the battle market. (unless suggested to do so)

Quite right. I shall update the Tactical Bunkers and change the population bunkers to a new chassis that provides defensive bonus.

Every single race can hack/raid NPCs but the criminal races that you can unlock, such as The Lazuli and the Zolazin. The Lazuli can get a bonus raid (2 raids instead of one) and the Zolazin can get a bonus hack (2 hacks instead of one)[Because of their 40%+ cloak). I am also updating the targets you can hack/raid.
