New planet idea.
Start the planet off as a 15x all colossal. Have an ability to increase all production +1 but planet shrinks in size by 1. End up with a max 20x all large planet or maybe be able to do it until very tiny?

Great idea. This could be a nice extension for legion mission, The Siladon Effect ..... perhaps on failing the mission, the 2nd mission kicks in with the possibility to create the cold star out of Siladon star.

i just need to think of a back story and as to why a person would have to increase its production other wise people would just keep it the 15x. passive ability increases maybe, starts of as 0 all but gains as is increases production.

I can't see why I would ever do this, a massive x15 is worth more to me than a large x20, Now do the REVERSE, start x20 large and gain a size to remove a production.... maybe.....

it would be for the passive stat increase, other wise it has 0 at 15x. No artifacts can be used on the planet.

You realize if I can't use artifacts on the planet it means I can't use non reserched buildings, which makes the planet VERY VERY bad.......
