I simply won't have just ANYONE who would love to voice their opinion just simply know my issue I have as to avoid leading to a spamming post of trollers. Thus, I have asked for an admin.

Yeah but you can't PM before like 3 posts or something. I'm sure he tried that and decided to post a request for an admin.
