You have a nice ship, i suggest adding no more decks however, as you have a nice deck size, but if you keep that to say rank 500, your damage cap will be significantly lower than the people around you.

I would suggest more mining, as your upkeep is quite high considering your rank, i have 4k mining at 1.2b upkeep and only make around 800m per day, so i assume youre just breaking even?

as for research, +12s then hyperchannel relays

Okay, thnx, and the topolis iOkay, thnx, and the topolis rings are after the +12s. Going for hyperchannel now... Just hope I can afford it :p

from the relays you are on now to hyperchannels, for all 4 its only 200m extra upkeep. could be a lot worse

Mining should be fine imo. Im breaking even with 1500 mining on a 1.2b upkeep and am lower rank
Artifact artifact artifact! Yep everyone says it but its the most important thing.
If your a ncper which looks likely then I would say if you haven't allready do the slitheon chain. That way if you buff scan you have a chance of finding the lavai during your normal npc runs.

Btw I think the number of protean armouries is off
