I have run into several people who I have been FB friends with for some time that no longer appear in my GL friends list or the Send Artifacts list.

They are able to send things to me properly, but I cannot see them
I have restarted the browser/refreshed several times
I have tried to unfriend and re-friend one and they still do not appear
I spoke with a mutual FB friend of one of them and the mutual friend is also not able to see them.

IGNs of problem ships so far are

Teleport
Chicken Patrol

Please help! Most of my friends aren't showing up...

When I go to: FRIENDS, Artifacts, Send, Friends
There's a list of ... 336 friends

When I go to: LEGION, View Friends
There's a list of ... only 138 friends ?!?!

I first noticed this with several active friends missing from my list.
I'm shocked to see just how many are actually missing from one list, but are still on the other...
I've refreshed the hell out of the game, and tried unfriend + refriend on some of the friends - pretty sure that's not it...

Can someone please fix this?? Thanks!

PS: Reporting here, because this does NOT specifically affect just my account. The friends I don't see, they don't see me either on the main list..

Im missing quite a few myself

So am I. Looks like the only friends missing (for me anyway) are the ones that are in my legion. I now only see the ones that are in different legions. Before it was all regardless of legion they were in.

Yes, lot a lot of friends apparently. Still loosing over time. Heard of a few other instances from a friend. Look forward to the glitch being solved with ease. I reported the error/bug through the "Report/Contact this app" link.

I only see 9 on my list, and the game is laggy on my browser

It looks like this is an issue from FB. We receive 'app friends' directly from FB, and simply translate the information to an in-game list. We'll check on why this might have started happening, though.

I had FB friends fall off an unrelated Apple App Store game, so there are larger problems.

I'm having the issue with trading AND viewing friends from Legion --> View Friends. I'm trying to give one of my friends Complex Tech Parts but facebook/GL won't let me :/

The people missing from my friends list in game are those on the "Restricted List" of my Facebook friends list. I'm wondering if Facebook changed up the settings with that and started limiting information shared within the Facebook apps themselves now.

One of my FB friends attacked me.. set off a trap. When I look at his ship from the news feed it shows he's a friend but if I view friends he does not show up.

This is a major issue for me with trades.

Mine are not restricted. So probably not the case. Just hope fb solves it soon. I need to do some trading. Probably gonna look for a common friend who can see me on his list, a work around. But a hassle.

Yes because the game isn't recognizing them as friends because the data isn't being sent from FB.

But its only happening to a certain amount of people, Is it there settings?

At least on my end, I can now confirm that the restricted list is the issue. I added someone to my restricted list, and they were removed from my in game friends list when I checked an hour later. I removed someone from that list, and lo and behold, they were re-added to the in game friends list a short time later.

This is a slight issue, because while I have nothing against most of the players in Galaxy Legion, I don't want those of you I haven't gotten to know at all to have access to everything I post and share on Facebook.

This makes sense, actually.

FB is aware of this and appears to be looking into it. It's a bug FB's end.
