I dont have my velox from the theory lab yet, if i knew how to post pics i would show a screen shot...can you advise?

You press, on my computer anyways, Function + PRTSC (Print Screen). Then, you can upload it to a site like imgur for free, but you have to have an account. You paste the image to your pictures by pressing CTRL-V. After you do that, you can edit the picture to show what you want it to show.

are you aware you can have 4 dampeners AND 4 thrusters online at the same time?

I have four thrusters - 4 x Trans-Entropy Drive

do dampners not need to come off to install thrusters, so from what i see the bigger damner is Inertial Dampener - Mark III - can i have 4 of these with my thrusters?

From what I hear, yes. You can have 4 dampeners and 4 thrusters on your ship. Effectively meaning you have 8 standard defense modules.
