"Not enough minerals" on planet structure screen.

Instead of giving us a hotlink back to the mineral trading page, give us a popup asking "Do you want to buy 20 Kurenite for XXX credits? 'Y/N'"

This has been asked for multiple times. Many of us would like this. Should be anywhere you are buying things with minerals (planet structure screen and module buying).
