They've got three level 100's and over 40 members under level 10's.

They were created today, more specifically, six or so hours ago. And other than the marginal amount of high level players, the vast majority are under level 10, with three that's under 20.

I suspect foul play here. How do I report these players, or the legion, without calling them out on the forum?

they added a new tab under the help page that describes what to do, but until theyre level 20 they cant share planets, so i dunno what theyre plan is...

I think most new people just look at the first few pages and see which one looks best. That one probably looked better than a lot of others to a lot of new people.

yeah. three level 100s right off the bat means a ton of player protection at level 10.

Was this a alpha Beta Gamma or DELTA legion or a 1,2,3,4,5, thing it could have Ben the training legion to a bigger one a few high ranks to teach the lads.
